FAQs
Our rate is $45 per hour, the same whether you live at Laurel Parc or elsewhere in our service area. There’s no weekly minimum, so you can schedule care as often as you need it, from a few visits a month to daily support.
We serve clients within a 60-mile radius of our office at Laurel Parc Senior Living in Portland. Shifts have a 4-hour minimum for most locations. For clients living within 5 miles of Laurel Parc, we can often accommodate shorter 2-hour visits since our team is based on site.
Yes. When it’s time to head home, our caregivers pick you up directly from the hospital and get you back safely. If medical transport is required instead, our team greets the transporter at your door. Either way, you’re supported from the hospital doorway to your own. Once home, your caregiver stays for the entire scheduled shift, whether that’s overnight or care until you’re settled in bed. We follow your personalized care plan and can provide continuous coverage up to 24 hours a day.
We can complete an in-home assessment the same day you call or email, and services can start as early as the next day. Once care begins, we assign a consistent team of caregivers so your loved one sees familiar faces at every visit.
