Cynthia Garrett | Affinity Director
Cynthia brings over two decades of experience in in-home care, assisted living facilities, and private agency work to Affinity Home Care. As the Affinity Director, she takes a hands-on approach to overseeing operations, supporting the Affinity team, and ensuring quality care. By fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment, Cynthia works closely with both clients and staff to deliver the best possible care and meet the unique needs of every individual.
Cynthia’s ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional care, enhance clients’ quality of life, and uphold Affinity Home Care’s commitment to excellence. Through active listening, effective communication, and a focus on continuous improvement, she fosters meaningful connections and provides unparalleled support to clients and their families.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending quality time with her children and beloved dog at the beach. Her commitment to both personal and professional pursuits demonstrates her ability to balance work and life, resulting in a well-rounded individual who is a valuable asset to the Affinity Home Care family.
Jacee Camper | Resident Care Coordinator
With more than 10 years of experience in healthcare, JaCee has gained comprehensive knowledge and expertise in patient care and wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Concordia University, she developed a strong foundation in health and fitness while being a dedicated athlete with a passion for softball, having played at the collegiate level.
JaCee remains passionate about the sport and continues to apply the lessons learned through college athletics in her personal and professional life, inspiring others to embrace the values of hard work, dedication, and teamwork.
She is passionate about using evidence-based strategies to improve both individual and community health outcomes. Having worked with a diverse patient population—from athletes to the elderly—JaCee has gained extensive experience in delivering personalized care that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of health. She is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their health journey.
When JaCee isn’t working, she is a passionate Disney enthusiast who considers the “Happiest Place on Earth” a second home. Every year, she and her husband look forward to making magical memories at Disney parks. Her love for Disney extends beyond the parks—it’s even found its way into their home. She named her beloved dog Mater, after the charming tow truck from Cars.
